Every piece is quoted individually based on materials, complexity, and stone selection. Most commissions range from $2,000 to $20,000+. We provide an estimated quote after your initial consultation — no obligation.

We collect a $250 deposit to begin the design process. You will see your bespoke design in 3D before it is made, with exact proportions and estimated metal weight. The remaining is due before we begin crafting. We accept all major credit cards and wire transfer. No production begins until you've reviewed and approved your 3D design rendering.

All commissions require a minimum of 8 weeks — this is the time needed to design, cast, engrave, set, and finish your piece by hand. The 3D design and approval phase takes 1–2 weeks before production begins. Need it sooner? Priority slots are available for an additional $200 and place your order at the front of the queue.

Yes — we provide a photorealistic 3D rendering of your piece for approval before any metal is cast. Three revisions at no additional cost. Production begins only when you're fully satisfied.

Yes — repurposing heirloom stones and metals is one of our most meaningful commission types. We prefer to accept certified gemstones. Whether it's a family diamond, a grandmother's ring, or an existing piece you want reimagined, share the details in your inquiry and we'll discuss how to bring it to life.

Because you approve the 3D rendering before production begins, the finished piece matches your approved design precisely. We also offer a lifetime manufacturing warranty covering any structural defects.

Yes — every piece ships fully insured with tracking, worldwide. Delivery is included in your commission price.
