At AviNika Jewelry, every piece is handcrafted exclusively for you. Because all of our jewelry is made to order and produced only after your written approval of a detailed 3D digital preview, all sales are final. Please review the details below.

All Jewelry — Signature & Bespoke

• Made to Order: All sales final — no returns or exchanges
• Bespoke / Custom Commission: All sales final — no returns or exchanges
• Damaged or defective on arrival: Covered under our lifetime manufacturing warranty

Design Commission Fee

• Non-refundable once design work has commenced
• Pre-work cancellation requests accepted within 48 hours of payment

Production Deposit (Bespoke Commissions)

• 50% non-refundable deposit required upon final design approval to authorize production

Terms & Conditions

• All pieces are produced only after explicit 3D preview approval — no exceptions
• No returns or exchanges accepted on any physical piece, for any reason
• Manufacturing defects and transit damage are covered at no cost under our lifetime warranty
• EU customers: custom made-to-order pieces are exempt from the 14-day cooling-off period under the EU Consumer Rights Directive
• International orders may be subject to customs duties or VAT, which are the customer's responsibility
