Returns & Refund Policy

All AviNika Jewelry pieces are made to order and crafted exclusively for you. Before production begins, you will receive a detailed 3D preview of your piece for review and approval — so you can see exactly what will be made. Because each item is a unique, custom-made physical piece produced after your confirmation, all jewelry sales are final and non-refundable.

CAD Design Deposits The only refundable purchase is a CAD design deposit, available on our website. If you have purchased a CAD design deposit and wish to cancel before production has been authorized, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase by contacting us at hello@avinikajewelry.com.

Damages & Manufacturing Issues Every AviNika piece is covered by a lifetime manufacturing warranty. If your item arrives defective, damaged in transit, or is not consistent with the approved 3D preview, please contact us immediately at hello@avinikajewelry.com with photos of the item and packaging. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

No Exchanges Because each piece is made to order, we are unable to process exchanges.

European Union For orders shipped into the European Union: please note that our jewelry is custom-made to order following your explicit 3D preview approval. Under EU Consumer Rights Directive, goods that are clearly personalized or made to a consumer's specifications are exempt from the standard 14-day cooling-off period. This policy applies accordingly.
