The bespoke process generally takes 6-8 weeks from the final design approval and secure deposit to delivery. This includes all phases: 3D rendering, crafting, independent appraisals and insured delivery.
Pricing is based on design complexity, materials used, labor time, and any special techniques required. We provide detailed quotes after our initial consultation, with secure 50% deposit required to begin work and final payment due upon completion.
To maintain the integrity and guarantee the quality of your finished piece, we work exclusively with new materials: sustainably sourced and independently certified.
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. All pieces come with a 2-year warranty covering listed services. We also provide Independent Appraisal from GIA/IGI for each diamond over 1ct. Contact us for personal assistance or questions.
